How allo4d Protects Your Data

Before diving into the full policy, here are the six most important things you should know about how allo4d handles your personal information.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data stored on allo4d servers is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Financial data and identity documents are held in isolated, access-controlled environments with strict internal permission policies.

SSL-Secured Transmission

Every communication between your device and the allo4d Platform is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. This ensures that login credentials, payment details, and personal data cannot be intercepted in transit by third parties.

No Selling of Personal Data

allo4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

Full User Data Control

You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests can be submitted via email to our data protection team and are processed within 30 calendar days in line with applicable privacy standards.

Transparent Cookie Use

allo4d uses cookies strictly for session management, platform performance, and fraud prevention — never for intrusive cross-site advertising profiling. You can review and manage cookie preferences in your account settings.

Defined Retention Periods

We do not retain your personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are defined by the type of data and the legal obligation associated with it. Account data is held for up to 5 years following account closure unless a longer period is required by law.

Every instance of Personal Data processing carried out by allo4d is grounded in one of the following legal bases:

  • Contract Performance: Processing that is necessary to deliver the services you have contracted for when you created your allo4d account — including account management, payment processing, and game delivery.
  • Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including AML obligations, KYC verification, responsible gaming requirements, and the retention of financial records.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing conducted for allo4d's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, internal analytics, and general business administration — provided that these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Consent: Processing for which you have given explicit, freely given, informed, and specific consent — primarily marketing communications and non-essential cookie use. You may w ithdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team or updating your account preferences. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Note on Consent Withdrawal: Where processing is based solely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect any processing that took place prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing carried out on other legal bases such as contract performance or legal obligation.
SECTION 5
Data Sharing & Disclosure

allo4d does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We share your information only in the circumstances described below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the stated purpose:

  • Payment Service Providers: We share necessary transaction data with banks and e-wallet operators — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard — for the sole purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Identity Verification Partners: We engage reputable third-party KYC and identity verification providers to authenticate your identity documents as part of our compliance obligations. These partners are contractually bound to process your data only for the specified purpose.
  • Game Content Providers: Game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe receive your anonymised session data to deliver games via their platforms. These studios do not receive your full identity or financial data.
  • Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: We may be legally required to disclose certain Personal Data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction in connection with investigations into fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. allo4d will comply with such requirements while seeking to minimise disclosure to what is strictly required.
  • Fraud Prevention and AML Networks: To protect the integrity of the Platform and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, we may share data with industry fraud-prevention databases and AML screening services.
  • Corporate Transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets involving allo4d, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments being maintained. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance.

All third-party service providers engaged by allo4d are subject to data processing agreements that require them to protect your Personal Data with standards at least equivalent to those described in this Policy. We do not permit any third party to use your data for their own independent purposes.

International Transfers: Some of our service providers operate servers located outside Indonesia. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data protection clauses — to maintain the same standard of protection regardless of where the processing occurs.
SECTION 6

The allo4d Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the Platform operates correctly, to enhance your experience, and to support our security and fraud-prevention systems. The types of cookies we use are described below:

Cookie Type Purpose Duration

allo4d does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels that profile you across unrelated websites. You may review and manage your cookie preferences through your account settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will impair the functionality of the Platform and may prevent you from logging in or placing wagers.

SECTION 7
Data Security

allo4d implements a comprehensive, multi-layered security framework to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Our key security measures include:

  • TLS 1.3 Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and allo4d servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3, the current gold standard for web communications security.
  • AES-256 Encryption at Rest: Stored Personal Data — including KYC documents, financial records, and identity information — is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same encryption standard used by leading global financial institutions.
  • Access Controls: Access to Personal Data within allo4d is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All internal access is logged and audited. Staff who handle Personal Data undergo data protection training as part of their onboarding and annual compliance programmes.
  • Penetration Testing: The Platform undergoes regular independent security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Incident Response: allo4d maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected Members promptly — targeting notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Members are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts for an additional layer of login security. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your account security settings.
Your Responsibility: While allo4d takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, the security of your account also depends on the strength and confidentiality of your login credentials. We recommend using a unique, strong password for your allo4d account and never sharing your login details with any third party. allo4d staff will never ask for your password.
SECTION 8
Data Retention

allo4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where anonymisation is applied, the resulting data may be retained indefinitely for aggregated statistical and analytical purposes, as it no longer constitutes Personal Data.

Where a legal dispute, regulatory investigation, or law enforcement request is ongoing at the time a retention period would otherwise expire, allo4d may extend the retention period for the relevant data until the matter is fully resolved.

SECTION 9
Your Rights as a Data Subject

allo4d recognises and upholds your rights in relation to your Personal Data. The following rights are available to you and can be exercised by contacting our data protection team as described in Section 13:

Right of Access

You may request a copy of all Personal Data allo4d holds about you. We will provide this in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days.

Right to Rectification

You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you. For KYC-verified data, supporting documentation may be required.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, subject to overriding legal retention obligations.

Right to Restriction

You may request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as while the accuracy of data is being contested or a complaint is under review.

Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request your data in a portable format so it can be transferred to another service provider of your choosing.

Right to Object

You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling for marketing purposes. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.

All rights requests are handled free of charge and processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 60 days — you will be notified if an extension is required and given the reason. allo4d may request proof of identity before processing a rights request to ensure your data is not disclosed to an unauthorised party.

SECTION 10
Children & Minors

The allo4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. This minimum age requirement is a core pillar of our responsible gaming policy and is actively enforced through our KYC identity verification process.

If allo4d becomes aware — through KYC review, behavioural analysis, or any other means — that an account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and the account will be permanently closed if the age breach is confirmed. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable legal requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 in your care may have registered an account on allo4d, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We take all such reports seriously and will investigate and act promptly.

Parental Controls: We recommend that parents and guardians of younger household members use third-party internet filtering and parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. Several reputable free tools are available for this purpose. Our Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance on protecting younger family members from exposure to gambling content.
SECTION 11
Third-Party Services

The allo4d Platform integrates third-party services to deliver a complete gaming and betting experience. While we carefully select and contractually bind our service partners, please be aware that each third-party provider operates under their own privacy policies for data they independently collect:

  • Game Studios: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe deliver game content via embedded iframes or APIs. These studios may collect anonymised technical data (session ID, bet amounts) through their own systems to operate games and detect cheating. allo4d does not control the privacy practices of game studios beyond the scope of our data processing agreements.
  • Payment Networks: Transactions processed via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are subject to those providers' own privacy and data security policies. allo4d is not responsible for data handling practices within third-party payment infrastructure.
  • Analytics Providers: allo4d may use anonymised, aggregated analytics tools to understand Platform performance. These tools do not receive personally identifiable information and are configured to respect user privacy by default.

This Policy applies only to data processed by allo4d directly. Any data you voluntarily provide to third-party services accessible through or alongside the Platform is governed by those services' own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.

SECTION 12
Changes to This Policy

allo4d reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the structure of our business. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Notify registered Members via email to the address associated with their account, providing at least 14 calendar days' notice before the revised Policy takes effect.
  • Display a prominent in-platform notification for Members logging in during the notice period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with allo4d's Terms & Conditions.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically — even between formal notifications — to remain informed about how allo4d handles your Personal Data. Archived versions of previous Privacy Policies are available on request from our data protection team.

SECTION 13
Contact & Data Requests

For all privacy-related enquiries, data subject rights requests, or complaints regarding allo4d's data handling practices, please contact our dedicated data protection team through the following channel:

  • Email: [email protected] — please use the subject line "Data Privacy Request — [Your Account Username]" to ensure your request is routed to the correct team.
  • Live Chat: Available 24/7 via the Platform. For data rights requests, live chat agents will escalate your request to the data protection team on your behalf.
  • Response Time: We acknowledge all privacy requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve standard requests within 30 calendar days of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with how allo4d has handled your Personal Data or responded to your rights request, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. allo4d commits to cooperating fully with any regulatory investigation arising from such a complaint.

This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated in January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. By using the allo4d Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy in its entirety.
